Amy has been involved in the fitness industry since 1993. She became interested in weight training to lose weight and feel better about herself. Amy tried fad diets, crash diets, and starvation diets; but nothing worked. Terrible nutrition and lack of consistent exercise compounded the problem. Amy realized that the “quick fix’ didn’t work, so she decided to learn about nutrition and exercise. She lost over 20 pounds, gained muscle, increased her strength, and improved her agility, speed and core. Exercise and proper nutrition has provided the healthy lifestyle she needs to keep up with her husband and four kids.

Training Philosophy- To provide a specific program for each client depending on their goals and help them maintain their gains.
