Jim has 12 years of Personal Training experience.

Training Skills: Body fat reduction, muscle strength, toning, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, core stability, sport specific, nutrition and supplementation consulting.

Educational Background: Varsity baseball, football and basketball. College football.

Jim has been involved with the fitness industry since 1996. After years of working out and not seeing results, Jim decided to take a course at the American Academy of Body Sculpting to learn more about proper weight training and nutrition. Upon graduating from the Academy as a certified personal trainer, Jim decided to apply what he learned by entering a body transformation contest called Body for Life. Jim incorporated proper nutrition, weight training, cardiovascular exercise and supplementation into a 3-month program. He was able to lose 15 lbs. of body fat and gain 15 lbs. of muscle. Jim decided to share his success through personal training. He enjoys helping others accomplish their health and fitness goals because he knows the benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle.
