			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Certified Kettlebell Instructors are in high demand as the populartiy of kettlebells has grown. Unfortunately many trainers are not properly trained in the fundamentals of kettlebell lifting. This 2 day course will teach you to properly teach basic and intermediate kettlebell lifts with an emphasis on breathing, correct form, relaxation and controlling tension in the body for high performance kettlebell lifting. Students will learn the difference between &#8220;hard style, high tension&#8221; and &#8220;fluid style, relaxed tension&#8221; kettlebell lifting. Instructors will be evaluated on technical knowledge and proficiencey, fitness level and teaching ability. This is a performance based course where certification is only given when the student passes all tests.</p>
<p>Course Instructed by Alex King, Chief Instructor and Founder of Kettlebells USA. Alex is a Red Bull High Performance Athletic Coach. He is responsible for introducing kettlebell training to extreme athletes &amp; developing the kettlebell training program for Red Bull High Performance. He trained the current World Big Wave Surfing Champion, Jamie Sterling.</p>
<p><strong>COMPLETION OF THIS COURSE WILL EARNYOU A LEVEL 1 TEACHING CERTIFICATE &#8211; VALID FOR 2 YEARS</strong></p>

<p><strong>When: </strong>May 5-6 Morning Session: 8am &#8211; 12pm Afternoon Session: 12:45pm &#8211; 5pm Lunch: 12pm &#8211; 12:45pm</p>
<p>Bring your own lunch. Lunch options will also be availbable for an additional cost. Please ask for details.</p>
<p><strong>Deadline: </strong>This first course is limited to the first 20 participants that sign up. The cost will be $600 if you sign up by April 26th. After May 4th $700. Sign ups at the door if space is available will be $900.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The 40 Days of Fitness Challenge is a fitness contest designed to get you in to great shape in 40 days. </p>
<p>Already in great shape?  That’s ok, we have two categories for you to compete in.  You can choose to compete in the biggest percentage lost, which is determined by comparing your starting measurements to your final measurements.  Or compete in the points category which is determined by the most accumulated points.  For example points are earned by taking  group x classes, bringing a friend to workout with you, or simply working out. </p>
<p>The 40 Days of Fitness Challenge starts 4-30-12 and ends 6-8-12 just in time for summer!  The entry cost is only $20 and winners will receive $250 each.  All contestants who complete the challenge will receive a free t-shirt.</p>
