GROUP X DESCRIPTIONS

Power Fit X:  Get ready for a FULL BODY workout!!!  Resistance training using free weights, tubing/bands and your own body weight with intervals of CARDIO BURSTS!!!!!! Perfect for men and women!! All levels are welcome!

 Body Blast:  An intense, all-or-nothing workout, challenging you with a variety of strength, core, cardio and plyometric drills! Take your workouts to whole new level and leave each class drenched!! Body Blast is for anyone craving a challenge!! All levels welcome!

 Mat Pilates:  Learn to control your body with core strength, breathing, and body awareness using your own body weight.  Gain flexibility you never thought possible with a deep and thorough stretch.

 Tai Chi: Tai Chi forms were developed from ancient Chinese martial arts.  These “meditative”, low-impact, flowing movements sharpen the mind, strengthen the body, reduce stress, and improve flexibility and balance.  Regular practice can lower blood pressure, improve circulation, relieve chronic pain and help you sleep better. 24 Yang style Tai Chi performed. All levels welcome; beginners may join any time.

 Advanced Tai Chi: Continue your education in Tai Chi.  Fan Form (using Red Fan) and 42 Yang style Tai Chi. Easy to follow and all levels are welcome!

 Cycling:   An incredible aerobic workout using a stationary road-style bike in a classroom setting. Perfect for the recreational or elite rider. Improve cardiovascular fitness and mental focus while taking a “ride” through flat roads, hills and steep climbs. If you are new to indoor cycling, please arrive 10 min. prior to the beginning of the class.  All levels welcome.  All cycling classes sign in at the front desk and MUST have a number to ride.  Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to class start time. Make sure you bring water and a towel.

Hatha Yoga:    An ancient form of movement, combining various postures with breathing techniques to enhance, balance, strengthen and increase flexibility. Rejuvenate your mind and body.  All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga:   A dynamic series of postures, one leading to the next in a sequential manner, with careful coordination of the breath.  Build strength, promote flexibility, and feel energized.  No prior yoga experience is needed.  All levels welcome.

 Knock Out 101:  A high-energy, stress releasing class includes a cardio workout along with self-defense and strength training focusing on the proper punching and kicking of a boxing bag. Boxing gloves are used. Moves modified depending on your ability. Intermediate to advanced.

Pump and Cycle:  A great way to get your day started with just the right amount of cardio work and strength training. 30 minutes in each room. A full body workout. All levels welcome.

Sculpt Solutions:  A variety of moves. Improves cardio capacity and burns calories with power moves, gain muscular strength, tone and define your body. Hand weights and other exercise equipment used.  All levels welcome.

Zumba:  Latin music fuels these interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. 

Abs & Stretch:  Get in your abdominal work and relieve stress!  Non-stop abdominal exercise for 20 minutes that will help to strengthen your core, followed by 10 minutes of deep breathing and relaxing stretching.  All levels welcome.

BodySculpt:  Same principles of Sculpt Solutions condensed into a 30 minute format. A  full body workout in less time!

Stroller Strides:  Stroller Strides incorporates the environment, resistance tubing and the stroller to get an all-over body workout in 60 minutes.  Bring baby and workout together!  First class is free.  Meet in the Lobby.  *This class is an additional fee.
